Wright Medical Group N.V. Announces Termination of Contingent Value Rights Agreement

AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, March 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wright Medical Group N.V. (NASDAQ:WMGI) today announced the expiration in accordance with its terms of the Contingent Value Rights Agreement dated as of March 1, 2013 between Wright Medical Group, Inc. and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC (CVR Agreement).  Accordingly, the CVR Agreement, which was entered into in connection with Wright’s acquisition of BioMimetic Therapeutics, Inc., is terminated effective March 1, 2019.  The Contingent Value Rights traded on the NASDAQ under the symbol WMGIZ.
